Petroleum service operations platform
Midwest Maintenance & Construction has spent 30 years building a reputation as Indiana's go-to petroleum service partner — maintaining fuel dispensers, building gas stations, and rebranding forecourts for clients like Casey's, Marathon, and BP. But their operations still ran on phone calls, shared Google Calendars, and paper work orders. Dispatchers juggled technician assignments manually, service requests came in by phone with no tracking, and there was no centralized view of who was where or what jobs were pending. They needed a digital operations platform without disrupting the workflows that already worked.

The Outcome
We designed and built a complete operations platform from scratch. The public-facing marketing site establishes credibility with an industrial design system that matches their brand — sharp edges, monospace data labels, and a dark/light palette inspired by technical blueprints. Behind the login, a dispatcher dashboard gives operations staff a real-time feed of service requests, drag-to-assign technician management, and a multi-view scheduling calendar with on-call rotation support. The service request form lets customers submit tickets with photos and priority levels, and the system routes them directly into the dispatcher's queue. Role-based access controls ensure each user type — customer, dispatcher, technician, admin — sees only what they need.
